The name of the Arabian region is closely related to the word Gawa. Gawa is a traditional and popular drink in Arab countries especially in Saudi Arabia. This is drunk for a long time through small sips with dates or sweet fruits. It as an alternative to tea or coffee. Gawa is regularly organized in noble families of Arab countries for weddings or any other occasion. It's like a tonic. Eating it relieves fatigue and increases motivation.

Origin:

Gawa is originated and spread in the Arabian region. Gawa is called Arabian Exclusive Drinks. It is the seed of a kind of medicinal plant of Arab countries, from which a kind of sticky substance is secreted. This is the main element of Gawa. This seeds powder is Gawa powder. Gawa is made from this powder. No milk or sugar is mixed in it.

Ingredients:

  • *    4 cups of water,
  • *    2 spoons of singing powder,
  • *    3 spoons of coffee powder,
  • *    Cardamom-2/3 tsp (ground)
  • *    Cloves- 2/3 tsp (ground)
  • *    Ginger (as needed)

Prepared by:

Boil the water well in the kettle with high heat in the stove. Now add Gawa powder and coffee powder and boil it on low flame for 20-25 minutes. Then add cardamom and clove powder and mix well. After that boil for another 5-7 minutes on low flame. And this is how Healthy Arabian Gawa was created.

 Serving:

Serve hot in small handle less cup. Include dates or sweet nuts and Ginger (Cut into small slices). Sip from the cup and bite into a date or sweet fruit. Feel the freshness.
