Chicken Tikka Masala is a popular and national dish of Great Britain. According to information, a Bangladeshi chef served the Chicken Tikka Masala dish in Glasgow, Scotland around 1960 to 1970 and received wide acclaim. Then this dish gained popularity in the whole of Britain and became known as a national traditional dish.
There are about 40 or 50 types of this food.
Ingredients:
3 boneless and skinless chicken pieces, 1 cup sour curd, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 spoon butter, 1.5 cup tomato sauce, 1 spoon lemon juice, 1 spoon cumin, coriander, red pepper, 2 raw Chilli cut into rounds, 4/1 fresh coriander leaves chopped, 4 shaslik sticks.
Preparation method:
- Mix the chicken with sour curd, lemon juice, ginger paste, cumin, coriander, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Freeze the marinated meat for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Put some oil in a non-stick pan on high heat in the oven and add the marinated meat to the Shaslik stick and fry it from side to side. When fried, keep the meat with shaslik sticks.
- Now add butter to the pan, fry garlic and raw chillies in it. Add cumin, coriander, red pepper powder. Keep the stove on medium heat. Fry for 2/3 minutes and add tomato sauce. Now keep the stove on low heat. Now add heavy cream. Stir and cook for 5/6 minutes. Now separate the meat with shaslik sticks and pour it into the pan. mixed Cook again for 5/6 minutes.
- Finally take the cooked meat in a nice bowl/bowl. Spread coriander leaves on it. Now the delicious Chicken Tikka Masala is ready.
Serve with Polau or Naan or Roti with spicy Chicken Tikka Masala.
